Conference & Guest Services uses dorms located on the University of Arizona campus to house our summer guests. The majority of our dorms are 'traditional' style with rooms located on wings with shared bathroom facilities. Each room is equipped with two twin XL beds, desks, dressers, and closets. Depending on the age of the group, males and females are housed on separate wings.

Each dorm has a lobby with a front desk which is staffed each day by our Conference Assistants. Our Conference Assistants are knowledgeable student workers who help assist guests with all of their needs. Additionally, there is Conference & Guest Services staff on-call 24 hours a day to handle guest concerns.

We look at our dorms as more than just a place to sleep, and we equip our dorms accordingly. Beyond sleeping rooms and a front desk, our dorms also provide kitchen and barbecue facilities, lounges, and small meeting rooms which can be reserved for guest use. All dorms are air conditioned and include vending machines on-site. All rooms come with direct Ethernet connections for individuals traveling with laptops or other computer equipment.  The campus also offers Wi-Fi at no additional cost.

Check-In & Check-Out

Guests may check into their accommodations beginning at 2:00 PM daily, and must check out by 12:00 noon. Exceptions to these times must be approved by our office in advance and will be subject to room availability. Groups/guests checking out after 12:00 noon, without prior approval, will be billed for an additional night at the applicable rate.

Individual Guest Housing

Similar to the accommodations we offer for conference groups, we are also happy to host individuals (students, faculty, student staff or researchers) who are here participating in an educational endeavor connected to the University of Arizona or students participating in an internship from an accredited college. Staying in a dorm is a convenient and inexpensive option for summer housing. Our accommodations can range from one night to the entire summer. Please note that we are unable to provide individual accommodations for anyone under the age of 18.

We offer the following discount rates for individual housing based on your length of stay: 

  • 5% discount for a 1 week/7 nights stay
  • 10% discount for a 2-4 weeks stay
  • 25% discount for entire summer stay (May-July)

Linen Service Levels

We offer several options for our linen service:

Linens, including a pillow, blanket, two sheets, pillowcase, two towels and washcloth are provided. Participants are required to make their own beds. Front desk staff will exchange sheets and towels for groups/guests, upon request, every fourth (4th) consecutive night. Custodial staff members will clean all common bathrooms and public areas on a regular schedule.

Residents must provide their own bed linens, pillows, blankets, towels and personal articles. However, if linens are required, linen packages are available on an individual basis, within a group requesting services under this level, at a cost of $8.00/package, with 24 hours notice.
