Group Lodging

Yes, at least 3 nights minimum, and a maximum of 71 days.

All ages are welcome within group stays. Visitors under 18 must have our minor’s agreement signed by their guardian.  

Yes, with advance notice we can offer classrooms. Size is dependent upon group size, technology need, purpose of use, and availability.
 

Yes, with advance notice we can arrange and reserve breakout rooms in the dorms and/or other nearby on-campus facilities. 

The minimum number is generally as small as 4 with a maximum of around 3,000.

We are not able to promise or guarantee the same dorm. 

Only service animals are allowed in campus housing and require an application through the University's Disability Resource Center.

We have a limited number of tables and chairs we can provide. We can refer you to a community resource that can supply you with the rest of your needs.

Parking is available throughout campus. There are no overnight parking areas. Please contact Parking & Transportation Services for a short summer pass. There are several short-term loading zones near each dorm.

Invoices are sent out within 30 days of service. 

Individual Lodging 

This option is available to students, faculty, researchers, student staff, and interns who are here participating in an educational endeavor connected to the University of Arizona, or students participating in an internship from an accredited college.

Guests over 18 are welcome, unless pre-approved via a UArizona internal program. 

No, due to suite-style shared bathroom accommodations, only other individual housing guests staying on campus would be permitted to stay in the same room. If you do have a roommate you would like to stay with, please contact our office at conferencehousing@arizona.edu with the name of the person you would like to share your accommodations. Please note that both parties must submit an individual housing request.

Furnished room, utilities (including Wi-Fi), free on-site laundry services, and access to the building's community areas, including an exercise room and a full-size community kitchen (stove, microwave, and refrigerator available). Pots and pans can be checked out from the front desk.

No, the dorm includes a community kitchen and there are several local restaurants conveniently located nearby. Information about dining on campus or obtaining a meal plan can be found at: union.arizona.edu/dining

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your reservation is made. 
 

Payment is due upon check-in. We accept credit cards and checks.

The dorm offers small exercise rooms within the building. Additionally, summer passes are available from Campus Recreation.
